Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Trident Advisors, LLC.(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of our Generative Prompt Technology, Agentic AI systems, APIs, websites, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, creating an account, or clicking “I Agree,” you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Account Registration & Security
Account Creation
Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. Keep your information updated to maintain accuracy.
Account Security
Maintain confidentiality of credentials, use strong passwords and MFA, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
API Keys & Tokens
Keep API keys confidential, never share or embed in client-side code. Rotate compromised keys immediately.
Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraudulent activities, non-payment, or extended inactivity.
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Uses

- Impersonate individuals without authorization
- Create fraudulent documents or identities
- Generate fake reviews or testimonials
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
- Probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Attempt prompt injection or jailbreaking

Agentic AI Terms
Agent Authorization
By enabling Agentic AI features, you authorize our AI agents to:
Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all rights to our AI models, algorithms, software, trademarks, and documentation.
You retain ownership of your prompts, inputs, and pre-existing materials. You grant us license to process them.
You own Outputs generated for you, subject to applicable IP law. Outputs may not be unique or protectable.
- Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users
- We do not guarantee Outputs are unique, original, or non-infringing
- You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
- You may not claim Outputs are human-created when disclosure is required
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid DMCA notices. If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our DMCA agent including identification of the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and required DMCA statements.
Payment Terms

- Non-refundable except as required by law
- Auto-renew unless canceled before renewal
- Cancel through account settings
- No refunds for partial periods
- Charged based on actual usage

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- • WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- • WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT
- • WARRANTIES THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
- • WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF OUTPUTS
You acknowledge and understand that:
- AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased Outputs
- Outputs should not be relied upon without human review
- AI Outputs are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial)
- AI may occasionally generate unexpected or inappropriate content
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- • We shall not be liable for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- • Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100

Anti-Reverse Engineering & Technical Restrictions
16.1Prohibited Technical Activities
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Attempt to reconstruct AI model architecture, weights, or parameters
- Analyze outputs systematically to extract or replicate functionality
- Use differential analysis or probing to infer model characteristics
- Engage in model extraction attacks, stealing, or knowledge distillation
- Generate training data or synthetic datasets for competing models
- Systematically query Services to build ML training datasets
- Cache or aggregate Outputs to replicate Service functionality
- Circumvent security, authentication, or rate limiting mechanisms
- Bypass or defeat technical protection measures
- Remove proprietary notices, watermarks, or identifiers
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of Service components
- Use robots, spiders, or crawlers except through published APIs
- Implement systems exceeding rate limits or circumventing restrictions
- Deploy distributed systems to aggregate multi-account access
- Mask or rotate identity to evade enforcement mechanisms

- Automated detection of anomalous usage patterns
- Analysis of prompt patterns indicating extraction attempts
- Monitoring for systematic data collection behaviors
- Security systems to identify circumvention attempts
- Immediately suspend or terminate access without notice
- Implement additional technical restrictions
- Pursue injunctive relief and seek damages
- Report illegal activities to law enforcement
16.5Security Research Exception

The restrictions in this section protect:
Equitable Relief: You acknowledge that violations may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate. We shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, specific performance, and any other remedies available at law or in equity.

The obligations in this section:
Term & Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by:
- • Using account deletion in settings
- • Contacting our support team
- • Ceasing all use of Services
We may terminate immediately if:
- • You breach Terms or Acceptable Use Policy
- • Required by law
- • We discontinue Services
- • Your use poses risk to us or others
Dispute Resolution
Before formal proceedings, contact us at disputes@company.com to attempt informal resolution. We will attempt to resolve within 30 days.
Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. Judgment on the award may be entered in any competent court.
Exceptions

Opt-Out
You may opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by sending written notice.
General Provisions
