Agentic AI Specific Provisions
Autonomous Operations
Our Agentic AI systems may, with your authorization, perform the following autonomous operations:

You may configure shorter retention periods for Prompt Data and Output Data through account settings, organization policies, or API parameters.
Upon account termination, active data is deleted within 30 days and backup copies within 90 days. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We share information with service providers who assist in operating our Services, including cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics platforms, and security services. Service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for specified purposes.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any choices you may have.
We may disclose information when required by law, including valid subpoenas, court orders, law enforcement requests, protection of our legal rights, or emergency situations involving threats to safety.
