Generative Prompt Technology

Prompt Data

All inputs, instructions, queries, context, and materials you provide to our AI systems.

Output Data

All content, responses, actions, and results generated by our AI systems in response to Prompt Data.

Interaction Data

The complete record of exchanges between you and our AI systems, including Prompt Data, Output Data, and associated metadata.

Agentic Actions

Autonomous operations performed by our AI agents, including API calls, file operations, code execution, web browsing, and third-party service integrations.

Personal Data

Any information that identifies or can reasonably be used to identify an individual.

AI Training & Data Use Choices

Default Data Use
By default, we may use de-identified and aggregated Interaction Data to improve our AI models and Services.

This helps us enhance model performance, safety, and capabilities for all users. Your data contributes to making AI systems more accurate, helpful, and safe.

Opt-Out Rights
You may exercise your right to opt out through the following methods:

When you opt out, your data will only be used for:

Agentic AI Specific Provisions

Autonomous Operations

Our Agentic AI systems may, with your authorization, perform the following autonomous operations:

Access and process files from connected storage
Read and send communications through integrated platforms
Execute code in sandboxed environments
Make API calls to third-party services
Browse web content and extract information
Create, modify, and delete digital assets

Data Retention

Data Deletion

Upon account termination, active data is deleted within 30 days and backup copies within 90 days. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

Service Providers

We share information with service providers who assist in operating our Services, including cloud infrastructure, payment processors, analytics platforms, and security services. Service providers are contractually bound to use your data only for specified purposes.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any choices you may have.

Legal Compliance
